A project by Gaia Lazzaro, Maral Taskirici, Viola Vitali

Teasy is a project born to give and experience.
By understanding how wheelchair users perceive distance, we will raise awareness in our audience.
Teasy puts us in front of hidden obstacles that cause frustration that wheelchair users have to face and overcome everyday.

From the entrance to the exit of our installation, there are some barriers that extend the distance you have to cross. Also, there are some instructions that you need to follow in order to arrive to the end that leads you to an even longer and annoying path that cause stress and frustration. In the end, you reach a screen which has the message that we want to give to the people.

It’s taken for granted that our world is designed for everybody but it is not.
What we really desire to accomplish is to make people think about something that they do without thinking in their daily lives.
